Fires, hazards, accidents and any arising damages from improper use or tampering are a responsibility of the consumer, and E Tune Works absolves themselves of liability for such incidents.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that all electronic products sold are not EN15194 certified. Furthermore, you agree to use our products only for their intended use case of Energy Storage Systems for export or private property.

You also agree that modification, use in public venues, and any other illicit activities are a fault that will be borne by yourself.

Return Policy

No Refunds, Exchanges or Returns. All products are tested in-house or by factory.

Warranty

Battery purchases come with 6 Month Workmanship Defect Warranty From
Date of Build (See Label). Voided by tampering, mishandling, and
environmental damage. Examples of mishandling include spillage, reversing polarity, over discharge, mismatched charger.

Your label will contain all important information about your battery, including build date, battery specifications.

There is no warranty for all other products.

Pricing

Contact us for a quote on welding, drilling or wiring services. They will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery

Delivery service and costs are usually outsourced to third party services such as Lalamove and Gogox, and subject to peak hour price surges.
